Responsible Gambling Posters Definition

As a gambling provider, you must clearly display certain signage that is required by law.

In spring 2014, NCPG commissioned Gambling Compliance to conduct a first-ever public survey of online responsible gaming regulations, finding states are off to a good start but still short of best practice. A2 poster/responsible gambling signage (420mm x 594mm) Talkers. You must display one A5 size. talker for each gaming machine in your venue. These must be displayed on the front of the machine so they are clearly visible to any person who uses the gaming machine.

We advise you to display responsible gambling signage to inform your patrons of the true odds of gambling and how to get help for problem gambling.

In this guide, you'll learn which gambling compliance signage must be displayed in your venue, who gambling signage applies to and where to display gambling signage. You'll also find posters and LCDs to download and display in your venue.

The Foundation provides free resources to promote Gambler's Help services and raise awareness of the risks associated with gambling. For gaming venues, we request that these items are displayed at point of sale and other visible locations within or near gaming areas.

Gambler's Help

This DL-sized brochure includes warning signs that someone may be developing a gambling problem and explains the range of help options available. It details how to access free, government‐funded services in Victoria. The brochure is also available in Arabic, Italian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Turkish and Vietnamese.
